We have several 15 gallon stainless steel fermenters.

Our least expensive in our:
15.5 gallon pico-Fermenter it is a bung style keg that has been converted to a
fermenter.
The tap has been removed and a plug is inserted in the tap hole.
The keg is laid on it's side on a PVC stand and is fitted with an airlock &
stopper - all included.
Perfect for 10-12 gallon batches.
This unit is available from stock and sells for $75 plus shipping.

This fermenter is all stainless steel except for the removable airlock &
stoppers and plug. I normally soak the fermenters clean with a hot caustic cleaner (dish washing detergent). After a good rinse I sanitize them by adding a gallon of water and put them on a burner to boil for about 20 min. I then dump the
hot water - invert the fermenter over the burner or the fermenter stand and
allow to cool. If I am in a hurry the outside of the fermenter can be sprayed with
cold water to speed cooling. The airlock and stoppers are soaked in a sanitizing
solution. With our system we use the pump on the brew kettle to fill the fermenters and racking cane and syphon to drain them.

We also build custom conical fermenters. This 18.8 gallon unit is 16" dia.
